Our mobile clinicians and some administration roles allow for Hybrid working. The balance between office and remote working leverages the best of independent, focused time with in-person collaboration and connection.

Flexibility will be key and it’s our responsibility to empower our people to get the job done during the schedule that works best for them and their teams, and provide flexible options to help make them even more productive.

The 4-Day Work Week Initiative (In Development)

As a Glasswing Therapy employee, you'll enjoy an incredible work-life balance while contributing to groundbreaking research as we conduct a 4 day work week trial in 2023 that may be adopted as our new work week moving forward.

Adjust your working hours 

Working 9-5, five days a week doesn't work for everyone. Many of our roles provide the flexibility to adjust your start and finish times or to work fewer hours than a standard full-time job, while providing all the perks of a (pro-rata) full-time role.  Examples of these include working a shorter fortnight and working part-time.

Even if a role doesn’t specify part-time, we always encourage you to ask whether it’s available.

Development & Recognition

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE

We provide a professional development allowances and study leave to eligible Clinicians to complete courses and training that will help you grow and develop for your current and future roles at Glasswing Therapy. 

$1200.00 per annum for Clinicians. (FTE)

$2400.00 per annum for Clinical Supervisors. (FTE)

This exclusive program is offered as a casual basis and is completely flexible around your studies and other commitments.
